"Wasn't No Same-Day Delivery"
I picked same-day delivery because I actually needed it that day, but it didn’t show up until the next day. Support just kept telling me it would be there soon, which wasn’t really no help. If you truly need something today, I wouldn’t count on it.

"Transfer took way longer than promised"
I tried transferring my prescription over it was frustrating. They made it sound like it would be quick and easy, but that definitely wasn’t the reality. I ended up having to call twice, and somehow my old pharmacy was still confused about what was going on. The app itself was fine, but the actual transfer process was a mess.

I found Alto Pharmacy easy to use overall, which is what I care about most. The pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to waste time hunting around for what I needed. Checkout was straightforward for me too. I did get stuck for a minute figuring out one of the menus, but it wasn’t a big deal and I still got everything done without much hassle
"Insurance processing was such a hassle"
The whole insurance process has been a mess. There were way too many steps, and every time I thought it was finally getting handled, something else came up. It’s still not sorted out, which is really frustrating.

I had a problem logging in and thought I was going to get bounced around or nudged into some extra paid help, but support fixed it the same day. It was way easier than I expected, and I’m happy with how they handled it...

My delivery did show up, but the driver came across rude. Maybe it’s just because it happened recently and it’s still fresh in my mind, but they seemed annoyed the whole time and barely said anything. It just didn’t feel very professional.

"Easy to use, but a little slow at times"
The app works fine overall, and the menus are easy to figure out. It does get a bit slow sometimes, which can be annoying. I haven’t needed to contact customer service yet, and I’m not in a hurry to, since I usually don’t trust support to be much help anyway.

Delivery came when it said it would, but the privacy side felt lacking. Packaging and updates made it obvious what it was, which was awkward. Expected more discretion. Not awful, just uncomfortable.

Well... I had a small issue with my account and wasn’t sure what to do next. I reached out to support and they got back to me much quicker than I thought they would. The person helping me was really clear and didn’t make the whole thing feel complicated, which I appreciated. Everything was sorted out the same day, so I’m happy with the support I got from alto.

"Refills are just frustrating, really frustrating"
I’ve had a annoying time with refill management. My refills keep getting delayed, delayed again, and I don’t even get a heads-up about it. It’s frustrating when you’re expecting something to be ready and then it just isn’t
"Could never get my meds on time"
I tried Alto thinking it would be way easier than dealing with my usual pharmacy, but it just wasnt. Every time I needed my medication, they either didn’t have it in stock or couldn’t tell me when it would be available. I kept checking back and it was always the same kinda vague answer.
It gets really frustrating when it’s something you actually need by a certain time, not just like some random item you can wait on. I ended up just going back to my old pharmacy because at least there I know what to expect.

I’ve been mentally drained lately, so having one less thing to worry about has been really nice. Alto has gotten my prescriptions right so far, and the meds and dosage matched what my doctor sent in. One refill did take a little extra checking, but it still ended up being correct. Overall, it’s been a solid experience.

I went with Alto mostly because the pricing was actually clear, which shouldn’t feel like a luxury, but apparently it does. Everything was laid out upfront, and I didn’t have to politely waste my time hunting for hidden fees or squinting at tiny fine print.
After using it, the final cost was exactly what I expected, that was a relief. Simple, clear, and no irritating last-minute surprises. I appreciate that, so it’s 5 stars from me

They did manage to get in touch with my doctor, but it took longer than I was expecting. Not sure how to explain it, it just felt like the coordination could’ve been a little quicker.

"Tracking was confusing and not helpful"
The tracking was useless for me. The website would say one thing, but then nothing seemed to update on time, so I never really knew where my order was. It was just confusing.

"The reminders are actually useful"
i mean, the reminder texts from alto have been really helpful. They show up before I forget about a refill or delivery, and they’re easy to follow. They’re not annoying either, which I definitely appreciate.
